Christmas Eve ~ 2007 ...

Once again, it is that time of the year when we stop and remember the reason for this season is JESUS! I know ... that is not 'politically correct' ... it is easier to say Happy Holidays than it is to say Merry Christmas ... and that is a sad thing.

Some ask, "What about those who aren't Christian and don't celebrate the season?" That's a good question; the answer is simply this ... Don't celebrate it and don't get bent out of shape at those who do! If everything is watered down to the lowest common denominator, then nothing is special.

That having been said, the members of Big D Toastmaster's Club wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. We fire back up on Thursday, January 10th at the Double Tree on Central Expressway in Dallas. We'll look forward to seeing you then.
