Fat and Grumpy ...

This is how I felt and looked for the last couple of days. All of us at the party had plenty to eat but there's more to this story.

John Sessions contacted me Friday to let me know that when he was leaving Buca di Beppo, some of the wait staff gave him two large pans of food that was leftover! He didn't know what to do with it all so he asked me. It just so happened that our church was feeding the homeless the next day so we hooked up on Saturday, switched off the food and it was put to great use.

Just wanted to give you a little "pick-me-up" and a reminder that this is the season when we look around to see what we can do for those less fortunate than we are. I am going to start slowing down on the posts here for a while. These last two weeks of the year are crazy with work, church related things, and just spending time with family and friends.

Still check back from time to time ... I might have something to say or a photo to upload. And then again, I might stay quiet until January 1st, 2007.
